Our Commitment to Sustainability

Carbon emissions have a hugely damaging impact on the Earth’s climate. To help ensure a sustainable future we’re committed to achieving carbon negative status.

Planting trees

At our first in-person meetup the team decided to take action in the fight against climate change.

We took our first step towards becoming environmentally sustainable by partnering with Ecologi, a reforestation and carbon-offsetting group.

Since then we’ve planted trees in Madagascar, Kenya, and Uganda, and as Kosli grows we’ll plant more trees to make sure our forests grow too.

Working from home

Kosli was born in the middle of a global pandemic, so we’ve been a remote-first company since day one.

Our tools and practices mean we can work effectively as a distributed team, and we see no reason to change that. It also helps us to limit our carbon footprint.

By working from home we maintain a healthy work/life balance while also doing a little bit for the environment each day.
