Kosli has been selected for the fourth edition of the Scaleup Programme run by Plexal and Barclays Eagle Labs. Following a competitive application process, we’re one of 25 high-growth UK technology companies chosen to take part.
The programme is built for companies where growth for scaleups starts to present new challenges, with particular focus on scaling commercial performance, customer expansion, funding, and capital planning.
This cohort will work together through expert-led workshops, personalised mentoring, and peer learning. Participants will also get introductions to customers and industry leaders across the UK tech ecosystem.
We were welcomed earlier in October at the Barclays Eagle Labs office in Shoreditch with an introductory panel on “What Breaks When You Scale?” It’s a question our customers think about a lot in relation to SDLC Governance, and we now find ourselves asking the same question about how to scale our business successfully to meet their needs.
Building on our work in financial services
Banking and financial services is where the volume of regulated software change is growing fastest. In no other vertical is SDLC Governance a more pressing problem and where we encounter more buy v build conversations.
Joining a programme backed by Barclays is another step in building our presence in this sector, and it sits alongside relationships we’ve already spent years developing - from our Series A round with Deutsche Bank, to our work on building common SDLC control with FINOS, and our own community building through The Control Group.
A big learning for us over the past few years is that SDLC Governance is an extremely valuable and strategic one for the enterprise, and bringing together stakeholders from across different banks and financial institutions has already proven incredibly useful for everyone.
We’re delighted that Barclay’s scaleup programme gives us another opportunity to build out the network of individuals in banking and financial services focused on solving SDLC Governance for the industry.
