Tell us a bit about Adam Henriques?
I’ve spent over a decade in the technology industry, focusing on people-centric roles across a variety of non-technical positions. Before joining Kosli, I led a DevOps consultancy, where I combined strategic leadership with a deep appreciation for collaboration and culture. I’m passionate about working with people and strongly believe in the principles of infinite games—valuing long-term relationships, continuous learning, and shared growth
What made you decide to come and work for Kosli?
My path to Kosli was a natural one—I was inspired by the mission to transform the world of DevOps and compliance. Having spent years working in the DevOps space, I’ve seen firsthand how challenging (and essential) compliance automation can be. It represents a true paradigm shift. What drew me to Kosli was not just the vision, but the people—individuals who have intentionally chosen to tackle this challenge for a living.
What were you doing before Kosli?
Before joining Kosli, I led a DevOps and Continuous Delivery consultancy, partnering with some of the most ambitious companies in the region as they embraced change and modernized their software practices. Earlier in my career, I worked with Danish suppliers in the wind turbine industry, helping them establish a foothold in the North American market.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Outside work, I’m a family-loving foodie who’s always up for an adventure—whether it’s chasing a ball like a happy dog, exploring new places and countries, or just savoring great meals with the people around me. While some eat to live - I proudly live to eat.
