Tell us a bit about yourself

I’ve built a career around helping commercial and sales organizations drive predictable, scalable growth through a focus on value-based selling. My experience spans strategic sales, enablement, and transformation, with a particular emphasis on helping B2B tech and services firms refine their go-to-market motions. Most recently, I’ve led consulting engagements implementing the ValueSelling Framework® across diverse industries to shift focus from product to customer business outcomes.

What made you decide to come and work for Kosli?

Kosli appealed to me as a mission-driven company at the forefront of developer and deployment visibility. I was particularly drawn by the opportunity to help scale a solution that brings clarity and accountability to software delivery—an area I know is critical for business success today. The team’s energy, vision, and openness to challenging the status quo really stood out. To me Kosli stands on the threshold of something very big. Exciting to be part of it.

What were you doing before Kosli?

Before joining Kosli, I was a Managing Partner at Quercus Associates & ValueSelling, where I led sales effectiveness programs for companies like Samsung, Fortino Capital’s portfolio firms, Polecat Intelligence and many other companies. These engagements often focused on onboarding, outbound strategy, and implementing the ValueSelling Framework to accelerate deal velocity and increase average contract values. Prior to this I co founded a company and worked in sr management roles at Gartner, Expedia and GlobalData.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

In my downtime, I enjoy staying active—whether it’s through running, hiking, or getting involved in watersports. As a father of 5 I keep myself very busy with every aspect of parenthood;-) I’m also a big fan of thought-provoking non-fiction and often lose myself in podcasts on business development, econmics, technology advancements. science fiction, systems thinking, or behavioral economics. Love spending time with friends in the pub and going to the Feyenoord stadium with my kids!
