Tell us a bit about yourself?
I’m an ACA chartered accountant with a passion for working in start-up and scale-up tech companies. I’ve found my niche supporting high-growth businesses by providing insightful reporting, analysis, forecasting, and strategic financial advice. I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the constant evolution that comes with working in early-stage companies.
What were you doing before Kosli?
For the past five or six years, I’ve been working in SaaS start-ups and scale-ups, and I’ve really enjoyed the energy that comes with high-growth environments. At Immersive Labs, I focused on FP&A during a big growth phase, including a Series C raise. After that, I moved into No.1 finance roles at Commonplace and RoleMapper, where I looked after the full finance function and worked closely with the Board.
Before moving into tech, I qualified as an ACA accountant and built a solid foundation in audit and financial control.
What made you decide to come and work for Kosli?
I was looking for a company poised for significant growth over the next few years, and Kosli stood out. The product is impressive, the investor backing is strong, and the team is full of talented, driven people—it felt like the right place to be.
Joining as the first dedicated finance hire is an exciting opportunity to build out the finance function from the ground up and shape it to best support the company’s ambitions.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Cricket is my number one passion—if it’s summer, there’s a good chance I’m either playing or watching a match somewhere.
I’ve also gotten into running over the last few years. I ran my first marathon in 2025, but most of the time I just enjoy a gentle lunchtime run.
When I’m not on the pitch or pounding the pavement, I love going to live music events, whether it’s gigs or festivals.
