Tell us a bit about yourself
I wrote my first computer program over forty years ago, and immediately fell in love with tech. Since then I have never been far from a keyboard!
What made you decide to come and work for Kosli?
I love shipping code, and helping others do the same. Kosli removes a lot of the friction around delivering software changes for our customers; this really matters to me. Seeing teams move from one production release every two weeks, to multiple times per day sparks joy in me.
I have worked remotely at several organisations, and really value the work-life balance that Kosli offers.
What were you doing before Kosli?
Before Kosli I worked in a variety of technical roles, from hands-on coding to executive leadership, mostly scaling solutions within financial services and ed-tech. I’ve worked in three-person start-ups and 30,000 person investment banks.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Most of my spare time is spent with family, but in the quieter moments I love building with Lego, baking and being in the garden. I’m terrible at chess - really terrible - but I love playing it.
