What made you decide to come and work for Kosli?
I decided to join Kosli because I’ve spent years on the other side of the problem they’re solving. The product immediately resonated with me because it tackles challenges I’ve dealt with first-hand throughout my career. The idea of working on a product that directly addresses those pain points was genuinely exciting. Just as important, though, were the people behind Kosli. During the interview process, I got a strong sense of the culture and the team I’d be working with. I believe you learn best by sharing knowledge and collaborating with people from different backgrounds, because that’s where new perspectives and better ideas come from, and that belief strongly aligned with what I saw at Kosli. That combination of purpose, people, and culture is what ultimately drew me to the company.
What were you doing before Kosli?
Before joining Kosli, I spent several years at TCS working with large, globally distributed teams on enterprise-scale systems in regulated industries. During this time, I contributed to and led initiatives across the software delivery lifecycle, partnering closely with developers, operations, and business stakeholders. I led projects that reduced system downtime, accelerated release cycles, and improved collaboration across teams, enabling compliant software deployments at scale.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I love getting lost in a good work of fiction, which often fuels my curiosity about the world and inspires my travels. When I’m not planning my next trip, you’ll find me dancing, playing badminton, or trying something new. I enjoy exploring unfamiliar places and experiences, whether that’s through books, movement, or stepping a little outside my comfort zone.
